Amy works with our start up and enterprise clients on major projects and internet, telecommunications and technology law matters. She has extensive expertise drafting, reviewing and negotiating joint ventures, project documents, a variety of technology related documents, including services agreements, licensing agreements, consulting agreements, privacy policies, terms and conditions, website guidelines and procurement contracts.

Amy started her career on Bay Street before moving to Ottawa to join a global firm in 2007. During that time, she developed her expertise and specialized in contract creation and negotiation for companies of all sizes and at all stages in their development. She has worked for small local businesses, large publicly traded companies and foreign owned companies with Canadian subsidiaries. Amy enjoys working with her clients closely and learning about their businesses and their unique needs.

Amy is passionate about entrepreneurship and technology, making her a perfect fit with our high growth clients. When not working, you can find Amy volunteering at her children’s school, practicing taking pictures with her DSLR off “auto” mode and relaxing at the family cottage whenever she can.
